Phelena Jean-Napper is a multi-disciplinary expert and serial entrepreneur from Los Angeles, California. Getting her start in fundraising, at the age of sixteen, by co-authoring a seven figure grant that increased the matriculation rates of Black students, in the Orange County Community College District; a legacy program still in existence today.
A hybrid professional, who's career trajectory has led her across forty countries as a journalist, educator, serial entrepreneur and fundraiser, Miss Jean-Napper has scaled six and seven figure businesses across four continents; including Africa, Asia, North and South America. A proud HBCU graduate, who has gone on to earn a Master's of Arts, at Temple University, with further academic and business training from University of Southern California's Marshall School of Business as well as Georgetown University's McDonough School of Business.
With industry agnostic expertise, Phelena has had her footprint in real estate, the non profit sector, beauty and personal care and additionally, media and publishing. Having over twenty years of fundraising and business development expertise, as a philanthropist, Phelena now focuses her career succinctly on scaling social impact enterprises.
